No experience required. Learn how to make homemade bagels in a variety of flavours (sweet & savoury) & with multiple toppings. Take home the recipe, learn tips & tricks, and leave with 6-8 freshly baked bagels. The recipe is dairy free, but will contain gluten for a traditional flavour & texture. Some varieties will contain sesame.
This is a standing class; please wear comfortable shoes. Bring an apron & pen(cil). All recipes, tips & tricks, packaging & ingredients provided.
